Q. What makes you different from Real Estate Agents?
A. First of all, we are NOT real estate agents, nor will we be a resource referral for them. We are homeowners that believe that regular people like us can buy or sell our homes without have to pay someone commision for essentially what we can do for ourselves. Landlord.com.my will remain a strictly For Sale By Owner venue. Homes subsequently listed with real estate agents will be removed from the site.

Q. Is FSBO for everyone?
A. No, but it is for most people. When buying FSBO you are getting a better value by doing your own research on the properties you want to look at. FSBO sellers have to price their homes competitively to make the sale but they don’t have to inflate the price to pay an agent. Another benefit of a FSBO purchase is that you are dealing with THE homeowner and not someone who doesn’t know the property very well. At the end of your FSBO transaction think about how proud you will be to have saved possibly thousands of ringgit for your work.

Q. How do I buy on Landlord.com.my?

Q. Do you offer the necessary real estate form and Agreement sampels?
A. We are still working on obtaining the necessary legal forms for you to use. In the meantime we recommend that you consult your real estate attorney for advice and the forms.

Q. How do I know that I can trust the information that the home owner is providing?
A. The good news about buying a FSBO home is that you are dealing with the person who knows the home best and not with someone who may filter the information or not know the property well enough to answer your questions completely. The bottom line is that there is no guarantee but by buying a FSBO home you have a better opportunity to get your questions answered first hand.

Q. I received a call from a Real Estate Broker. How did this happen?
We do not live in a perfect world. Landlord.com.my does not knowingly provide your personal information to brokers without your permission.  Any body can see your advertisement and we also never stop you from making any deals with Real Estate agent.  We encourage you to sell your own property, in the same time we recommend you to use their proffesional services.

Q. What do I get when I subscribe to your service?
A. You will receive an online listing and web presence for your home with as much space as you need to describe it.  We strive to increase our website marketing on net than may assist you to get buyer faster.

Q. How much does it cost?
A. We only give Free for 2 property listing for limited period.  To extend or increase number of the listing period so you need to purchase listing credit from us.

Q. How Can I pay?

A.  Currently we are using Paypal as our payment gateway for the listing credit.  So all the transaction must be made in Dollar currency.  You able to pay via credit cards to our Paypal account in order to get your extra listing credits.

Q. Should I stop using Real Estate Agent?

A.  We encourage you to sell your own property but in the same time we recommend you to use Real Estate agent services.  They are professional and understand very well in Real Estate area.
